Honey Oatmilk Latte

- 2-3 tsp. honey
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract optional
- 2 tbsp. warm water
- 400 mL unsweetened oat milk (1½ cups)
- 2 shots espresso
- ice cubes optional
Place 1 to 1½ tsp. honey in each serving glass. Add vanilla extract if using.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of warm water until honey is dissolved. Add ice for a cold latte.
Add warm or cold oat milk. For a frothy latte, use a milk frother. Fill up each glass ¾ of the way.
Slowly pour a shot of espresso into each serving glass. Stir and serve.
