Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe Hass avocados
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lime or lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ cup green onion finely chopped

Instructions

  • Finely chop the green onions, using both the white and green parts. Place in a medium-sized bowl. Add fresh lime/lemon juice
  • Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into the bowl with the onion and citrus juice mixture. Sprinkle sea salt over the avocados.
  • Use a fork to mash the ingredients together until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Top with add-ins and serve.
