- fresh or frozen strawberries - sweetener of choice
- milk (dairy or plant-based) - ice (optional)
Step 1 : Strawberry Layer Blend strawberries in a food processor or heat them in a small saucepan until soft and syrup is released. Place them at the bottom of a serving glass
Step 2: Milk Layer Add ice (if using) and cold milk.
Step 4 Serve immediately!
Step 3: Matcha Layer Whisk matcha and sweetener in hot milk or hot water until frothy (or use a milk frother). Divide the mixture and gently pour over the strawberry and milk layers.
