- ground pistachios (or pistachio flour) - flour (AP or cake) - ground cardamom - baking powder - salt
- unsalted butter - sugar - eggs - milk - white chocolate chips - icing sugar for dusting
Step 1 Preheat the oven and line an 8" round cake pan with parchment paper.
Step 2 Finely grind pistachios using a food processor
Step 3 Sift and mix remaining dry ingredients and set aside
Step 4 Make the batter: mix butter and sugar, add eggs (one by one), and milk. Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in white chocolate chips.
Step 5 Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Step 6 Leave to cool, dust with icing sugar, slice, and serve!
