Honey Oatmilk Latte

This rich, cozy, and creamy Oatmilk Honey Latte is the perfect way to kickstart your day! Super simple and ready in under 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 tsp. honey
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract optional
  • 2 tbsp. warm water
  • 400 mL unsweetened oat milk (1½ cups)
  • 2 shots espresso
  • ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Place 1 to 1½ tsp. honey in each serving glass. Add vanilla extract if using.
  • Stir in 1 tablespoon of warm water until honey is dissolved. Add ice for a cold latte.
  • Add warm or cold oat milk. For a frothy latte, use a milk frother. Fill up each glass ¾ of the way.
  • Slowly pour a shot of espresso into each serving glass. Stir and serve.
