Oat Milk Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 250 mL hot water (1 cup) not boiling
  • 2 tsp. high-quality matcha
  • 250 mL oat milk (1 cup), or other plant-based milk of choice
  • 2 tsp. agave syrup or any sweetener of choice

Instructions

  • Divide hot water (not boiling) between 2 tall glasses. Stir in 1 tsp. matcha powder into each cup. Add sweetener of your choice.
  • If serving hot latte, warm and froth milk in a milk frother and stir in desired amount into tea. If serving cold, stir in cold milk and top with ice cubes.
