Baked Shrimp Alfredo

This creamy, garlicky Baked Shrimp Alfredo is loaded with shrimp and cheese and will become your next favourite comfort food dish that will feed a crowd!

– dry pasta e.g., penne – butter – fresh or frozen shrimp/prawns – garlic cloves – smoked paprika – white wine

– all-purpose flour – milk – heavy cream – parmesan cheese – shredded mozzarella – salt and pepper – fresh parsley

How to Make Baked Shrimp Alfredo

Step 1  Preheat the oven and prepare a 9x13" baking dish.

Step 2  Cook pasta until al dente.

Step 3  Clean shrimps. Saute shrimp, minced garlic, butter, and paprika for 2 minutes. Season with salt + pepper. Add wine and deglaze the pan.

Step 4 Make the Alfredo sauce. Heat butter, whisk in flour, and add milk and cream. Simmer until thickened. Add parmesan cheese and some mozzarella.

Step 5 Toss cooked pasta in sauce. Transfer to baking pan. Top with remaining mozzarella and bake for 28-35 minutes.

Step 6 Allow to cool and serve!
